About Yann

Editorial wedding photographer — France & worldwide

My work is shaped by a sensitivity to fashion, architecture, light and human connection.

Born from a French and Italian heritage, my visual language is influenced by the elegance of Italy, the light of the South of France and a lifelong fascination with design.

I photograph weddings with the same intention I bring to every creative project: understanding the space, the people and the atmosphere before creating images that feel both refined and deeply personal.

Background

A creative eye, shaped before photography

Before becoming a full-time photographer, my creative perspective was shaped by product design and interior architecture. It taught me to observe proportion, materials, lines, space and the relationship between objects and their environment.

Later, working in business developed another essential part of my approach: understanding people, expectations and the importance of service.

Today, these worlds come together naturally in my photography — design brings structure, fashion brings attitude, and human connection brings emotion.

Heritage

Between France and Italy

My sensibility has always been influenced by two cultures: the light and landscapes of the South of France, and the elegance, warmth and sense of beauty inherited from my Italian family.

This balance between restraint and expression, structure and spontaneity, has become an essential part of the way I see weddings.

Philosophy

Stories worth remembering

What matters to me is not simply how a wedding looked, but how it felt.

The architecture, the fashion, the flowers and the tables all matter — but so do the gestures, the glances, the energy of a room and the moments that could never have been planned.

My work exists at the intersection of these two worlds: visual intention and real life.

Approach

A calm presence.
An editorial eye.

My approach balances observation with thoughtful direction. I know when an image deserves guidance and when a moment should simply be allowed to unfold.

Throughout the celebration, my presence remains calm and discreet — you stay fully immersed in your experience while every element is photographed with intention.

The result is a collection of photographs that feels refined, natural and deeply connected to the people within it.

Values

Honest emotions

I capture the real moments — the laughter, the tears, the in-between glances.

Refined storytelling

Every image is composed with intention, creating a story that flows beautifully.

Timeless imagery

My focus is on creating photographs that remain beautiful for a lifetime.

Before photography, my creative perspective was shaped by the worlds of product design and interior architecture. This sensitivity to proportion, space and detail continues to influence the way I photograph today — bringing together architecture, fashion, light and human connection.
